This map comes from my personal collection and is in excellent condition. Except for the small tear at the top its in \"A+\" condition. The imperfection is so minor but must be mentioned and can easily be repaired . The colors are strong and vibrant , its been kept in a smoke free home ( mine) . The paper is thick , the map has never been folded ..only rolled (it will be shipped in a tube) because the map is from 1939 there can be signs of fading and normal wear and tear, there can be signs of a crease which is almost invisible but i note it and have taken plenty of pictures. Please ask questions before buying because the sale is As-Is. Meaning No Returns unless not as described. Perfect for a collector or University museum. This map serves as a timeless reminder of the rich tradition and history of the University of California system.
