Original vintage Indiana school archive belonging to one student, Helen Surovek, spanning approximately the late 1940s through the 1950s.
The collection includes numerous original school report cards and progress records from St. Casimir School, Diocese of Fort Wayne, Hammond Public Schools, Hammond High School and Technical Vocational School.
Also included is an original Diocese of Fort Wayne diploma dated June 1, 1956, along with earlier grade-school report booklets/cards and additional school-related records.
