Vintage 1940s Northwoods “HIS” men’s cologne or after-shave bottle by The House for Men, Inc., Chicago.This unusual Art Deco figural bottle is shaped like a gentleman wearing a burgundy-red tuxedo. The front has a molded bow tie, lapels, pocket details and raised “HIS” lettering. Its original ivory-colored hard-plastic stopper forms the man’s head with a winking eye, geometric hairstyle and crooked smile.The bottle is empty. Large size, commonly identified as approximately 7½ fl oz.Good vintage condition with surface wear, small marks and age-related discoloration on the stopper. No obvious chips or cracks observed.
