Original October 27, 1946 church program from the Highland Park Church of the Nazarene in Los Angeles, California.
The program identifies the church at 6051 Meridian Street, Los Angeles 42, with Rev. Harold D. Woodall listed as minister and Kenneth Maynard as assistant.
Inside is the complete schedule of Sunday services, including Sunday Bible School, morning worship, a 3:30 p.m. baptismal service, evening services and weekly church activities. A period handwritten note appears beside the baptismal section.
The back features wonderful period illustrations of the Highland Park Church of the Nazarene and the parsonage at 6101 Meridian Street, together with a neighborhood map showing Meridian St., North Figueroa St. and surrounding streets.
The front features a color reproduction of Raphael’s Madonna della Sedia, surrounded by an ornate decorative border.
