DESCRIPTION/CONDITION

Vintage Koestel angel Christmas tree topper made in West Germany, c.1950s
Measures approx. 6\" tall
Crafted from wax with hand-painted features and a metallic gold stiff cardboard dress with red ribbon laced through and gold fabric puff sleeves. Wings made of gold metallic paper have a slight curve to them which I am unsure is intentional.
Angel is holding two small candles (may not be original but fit the piece well)
Good Pre-Owned Vintage Condition: Some light paint loss on the wax areas, particularly on her golden hair. Wear to the metallic threading on the bottom hem. Some creasing to the starburst on the back that connects the wings together. Unsure if candles are original, but they work well
A beautiful display piece for vintage Christmas or MCM holiday décor
