Original Vintage 1960s Grossinger's Restaurant Menu Golf Course Resort Country Club New York
Grossinger's Catskill Resort Hotel operated in Liberty, NY from the 1910s, a kosher resort serving mainly Jewish clientele from New York City that grew under hostess Jennie Grossinger into one of the largest resorts of the Catskills 'Borscht Belt.' By 1972 it spanned 35 buildings on 1,200 acres, drew about 150,000 guests a year, and had its own airstrip and post office; in 1952 it had become the first resort in the world to make artificial snow for skiing. After Jennie Grossinger died in 1972 the resort declined, and following its 1986 sale to Servico the main hotel closed that year; most buildings were demolished by 2018, and in June 2025 PPG Development bought the site to redevelop it.
It measures 11" x 7" closed and 14" x 11" open.
