Preowned vintage condition with age, handling, and storage wear. Covers show rubbing, scratches, scuffs, edge wear, corner wear, light creasing, and small surface marks. Interior pages show light toning and handling wear but remain colorful, readable, and visually strong.
Original stapled rate notice remains present. No major missing sections or detached pages were noticed during inspection, but the brochure was not examined page by page under magnification.
