1977 ADPAC General Mills Cereals Premium Star Wars Stickers - Set of 5 Some Dups For Sale

Up for sale is a lot of five original 1977 Star Wars ADPAC stickers that were originally distributed as premiums in General Mills cereal boxes during the release of the first Star Wars movie.

These are the original character stickers featuring:

* Chewbacca – 2 stickers

* Han Solo – 2 stickers

* Princess Leia Organa – 1 sticker

Each sticker features a photograph of the character surrounded by the classic Star Wars logo and starfield border. All five have the original ADPAC marking and 1977 Twentieth Century-Fox copyright along the bottom.

Condition:

These stickers are in excellent overall condition for their age. The colors are bright, the images are clean, and the corners and edges are very well preserved.

The plain brown backs are clean, with no obvious writing, tape, glue residue, or mounting damage. They appear to have been unused and retain their original backing material.

There are no obvious major creases, tears, or other significant defects. As with any vintage paper collectible approaching 50 years old, minor signs of age or handling may be present.

These are original vintage stickers, not modern reproductions.

A little history:

These stickers were part of an early Star Wars promotional campaign by General Mills in 1977–1978. They were distributed inside specially marked cereal boxes and are among the early licensed collectibles associated with the original Star Wars film.

This lot includes three of the four characters from the original character series, with Luke Skywalker being the only character not represented.

All five stickers pictured are included in this sale. They are being sold together as one lot.
