This is a rare original promo poster sheet advertising Coyote by Steve Englehart and Steve Leialoha from 1982. \"NEW FROM EPIC COMICS - JOURNEY INTO A WORLD OF MYSTICISM, POWER AND INTERNATIONAL INTRIGUE. JOIN US IN THE WORLD OF COYOTE... A NEW KIND OF HERO. ON SALE IN MARCH!\"The poster is in very good condition, with no pinholes, tears, or other major wear commonly seen on vintage posters or prints, but please note it does have general handling wear, with a bend/crease mark at the top right corner, and some creasing/crinkling lines around the lower right side edge area. The scanner did not really pick these up, so the handling wear does not really show in the picture, so please be aware of this. The full piece measures approximately 10 1/2\" by 13 3/4\". It is not as thick paper stock as a heavy poster, and is closer to a regular paper print, but with a smooth coated surface. This is a very cool and rare comic collectible, as they were for promotional use and were not made for resale. Promotional posters like this one were not mass-produced or available to the general public, and were often thrown away, so to find a classic one like this that is more than 40 years old and has not been pinned with tacks or taped is rare indeed. This is an outstanding piece that would look fantastic framed, and would be a great addition to the collection of any comic fan.
