This listing is for a 1991 Wisconsin Firefighter License Plate. This is the red base firefighter plate. The characters read WC RR and I am not sure if it is a vanity or just a regular issue.Everyone\'s opinion on condition varies. In my opinion it isin excellent condition. It is clean with marks on the upper bolt holes. It is also a \'Natural\' meaning there is only one year sticker applied to the plate making it an original year of issue plate.It isover three years old and expired in 1991.Shipping is $8.00 via USPS Ground Advantage.The plate will be wrapped in a liner and shipped in protective cardboard.I always combine shipping whenever possible.
