(We are not a big store, company or corporation, with near limitless amounts of funding, like a big-box store, ie. Target, Wal-Mart, Amazon, Best Buy, etc., therefore we usually only have a limited amount of items and cannot be held responsible to replace or repair the previously mentioned items if they are deemed to be non-operational, lost or damaged during shipping to the buyer. Some items & products just degrade over time, even when considered to be brand new, old stock. That's just the nature of human-made items, even if you do your best to preserve them. Thank you for understanding that we are a small business.)
