Description 21st Hussars - Bangalore 1887-91 photograph album.1 panorama & 35 single photographs. Sized from 6 x 8 to 8,5 x 14 inches. Panorama 6 x 52 inches and consists of a composition of photographs taken in front of the same barrack.Provenance: Frankfort de Montmorency family.
Lieutenant - later captain - RAYMOND HARVEY LODGE JOSEPH DE MONTMORENCY (1867-1900) served in the 21st Hussars and was receiver of the VC.
This album most probably purchased by him.

Sized c 12 x 19 inches.Conditions are mostly good, some very good.
Most photographs with discoloring at edges.
Some photographs a little effected by spots/stains as well OTHERS with some additional mild wear. Please see scans.Nearly all album pages with some brown spotting/staining - the first few pages in the album more serious.Originals are a bit brighter toned.Provenance: Frankfort de Montmorency family.
