A magnificent, authentic set of vintage marbled Honey Amber Bakelite Islamic prayer beads (Tasbih / Misbaha / Worry Beads). This substantial collector's piece has tested positive for genuine vintage Bakelite using Simichrome.

Condition:
Vintage condition with no major chips, deep cracks, or fractures in primary 33 beads. Minaret bead shows signs of prior repair at seam (see images). The surface displays a beautiful, uniform aged patina consistent with authentic mid-century or older Bakelite. The beads are currently strung on a heavy cord and left bare at the end, allowing the new owner to add a custom silver, silk, or metal tassel of their choice. May have been restrung in its history.
