This is the EXTREMELY RARE, VINTAGE, GIANT-SIZE ORIGINAL AMAZING SPIDER-MAN DOOR POSTER from 1987! This spectacular 1980's Spiderman poster is much more impressive and breathtaking in person, and it features the artwork of MIKE ZECK! And Mike Zeck's art on this poster is very reminiscent of the artwork of John Romita Sr, the silver age and bronze age artist who drew dozens of Spidey comic books during the 1960's and 1970's. There can't possibly be many of these scarce original Amazing Spider-man door posters left in existence, and there probably weren't many produced back then. This Spidey poster was manufactured by a company called Portal Publications.SIZE: This rare life-size Spider-man poster measures about 74 inches tall by 26 inches wide!
IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES: This HUGE Spider-man door poster has tackholes in the 4 corners, some edge chipping, some edge crinkles, small edge tears, some stains on the front of the poster, and the back side of the poster has tanning of the paper, foxing (discoloration spots), and some thin brown stains, from all the decades in storage. With all that in mind, I'd only grade this scarce Spider-man poster as "very good/vg"condition (using comic book grading terms). It's amazing this poster still exists after all these decades, and I'm 100 percent sure that many other poster sellers and collectors would grade this poster higher, but I prefer to grade more conservatively.
The ONE LUCKY BUYER who purchases this rare poster doesn't need to worry about how carefully this poster will be packed, because your poster will be packaged SAFELY and SHIPPED FAST, rolled up in a super strong shipping tube! B3105104.
NOTE: The cost of shipping is a result of the regular rate increases by USPS, the additional USPS surcharges for posters beyond a certain length, and the increasing cost of supplies.
