Vintage case has obvious signs of wear including loose stitching at sides, discoloration at folds, and the keychain has deflated *please look closely at photos*Despite the missing sleeve insert and the wear noted above, this is still a cool vintage pouch featuring Sailor Moon! Bought this at Hot Topic back in 1999 and I used it regularly to bring my CDs to & from school. Ah the complications of a simpler time !
