HERE is one of the most unique things. I have ever seen!
This is an antique salesman\'s sample kit for lubricating oil, manufactured by the Solar Products Company in Cleveland, Ohio during the early 1900s. The leather pouch contains multiple small glass vials with their original corks, each corked and labeled with different types of \"Solarene\" paraffin-base motor oils. These kits were used by traveling salesmen to demonstrate the viscosity and clarity of various oil grades to prospective clients.
EVERYONE and their brother collects old gas station pumps, porcelain advertising signs, etc. I have NEVER seen anything like this and never knew these existed! For the gas and oil collector who thought they had them all.
This came from a local guys grandfather in \"Calumetville, Wisconsin\" who owned these \"as long as he could remember\" I hope you enjoy this and it carrys out some great conversation and enjoyment!
