Alfa Class Submarine Memorial Display Shadow Box, Project 705 Lira, 9" x 9" For Sale

The Alfa Class submarine stands as a pinnacle of Cold War-era naval engineering. With its distinctive teardrop-shaped hull and titanium alloy construction, the Alfa is one of the fastest submarines ever constructed. It featured an unorthodox advanced propulsion system, driven by a liquid-metal-cooled nuclear reactor. The first Alfa class submarines launched in 1971 and served through the Cold War.

This unique collector box (8.75 x 8.75) features two custom made 3D resin models of an Alfa class submarine - a profile view and an overhead view. In addition to the profile views, this unique display features vital statistics as well as a fleet registry of each Alfa class submarine.

Whether you're a naval history enthusiast or simply appreciate the beauty of naval engineering, this shadow box is a fascinating addition to your collection. Experience the legacy of this iconic Cold War-era submarine in stunning detail, and relive a piece of naval history with this unique frame.

For an additional fee, this frame can be customized to a specific submarine within the Alfa class.
