The OE-254/GRC (NSN 5985-01-063-1574) is a rugged, lightweight, broadband omnidirectional antenna group used by the military for ground-based tactical communications. It supports a frequency range of 30 to 88 MHz (VHF) and can be mounted on a 27-foot collapsible mast or used with a ground tripod base.
