Antique hand-crank rotary egg beater featuring a decorative flower-pattern cast-iron gear wheel, loop handle and early metal beater assembly.

Faint raised lettering is visible around the wheel and appears to include “Improved” along with an 1869 patent date. Please note that a patent date identifies the design and does not necessarily represent the exact manufacturing year.
