Antique Harrach Bohemian Art Glass Vase, Circa 1885–1890
A beautiful and unusual piece of antique Bohemian art glass, attributed to Harrach and dating to approximately 1885–1890.
The vase has a lovely tapered shape with a flared rim and is made of clear, colorless glass. Around the waist is a honey-amber ribbon and bow, applied by hand and finished with reeded detailing that adds wonderful texture.
The base is decorated with a delicate strand of clear rigaree glass. The underside has a beautifully polished pontil, and the vase is unmarked.
