Offered here is a rare early 20th century Horoelectric Time Motor manufactured by Horoelectrical Corp., New York and licensed under the Dorsey patents.

These precision brass time motors were among the earliest commercial automatic switching devices, used to control factory lighting, store displays, industrial equipment, and electrical circuits before modern synchronous timers became standard.
