An authentic original standard 3 1/4" × 4" real-photographic glass magic lantern slide published by the Keystone View Company from an original negative by Underwood & Underwood.

• The Scene: Cataloged as P270 (Negative V12634) and titled "Family Cooking in a Peat Fireplace". An evocative ethnographic study of traditional domestic hearth life in a rustic stone cottage (classic rural Ireland or Scottish Highlands), showing an open turf fire burning on the flagstone floor, an iron bake kettle on the hearth embers, rustic furniture, and stone masonry.

• Archival Details: Features the publisher imprint on the left border with the classic projectionist's thumb orientation star (★), and printed title/negative numbers on the right border.

• Condition: Choice Very Fine condition. The glass is completely uncracked and structurally sound. The silver gelatin emulsion retains crisp mid-tones and deep contrast, and the original black perimeter binding tape is firmly intact.

A great historical display piece for collectors of Irish/Scottish heritage, pioneer domestic history, culinary antiques, or early photography.

• Dimensions: 4" × 3 1/4" standard format.
