Antique Ney Mfg. Co. No. 160 cast iron and wood barn pulley.
Heavy vintage farm and industrial hardware featuring a red painted cast iron frame with a large wooden pulley wheel. The frame is clearly marked “NEY MFG CO.” and “160.”
These pulleys were associated with traditional barn and hay trolley systems and make excellent primitive farm, industrial, rustic, or farmhouse decor today.
Approximate measurements:
11\" long x 6\" wide x 3\" deep
Condition:
Pre-owned antique condition with age-related wear throughout. The cast iron retains an older red painted finish with surface wear and patina. The wooden pulley wheel shows scratches, marks, age cracking/separation, and general wear consistent with an old working farm implement. Metal hardware also shows oxidation and age-related wear.
Includes the hanging ring/hardware shown in the photos.
Please review all photos carefully for exact condition and construction.
A substantial original Ney Mfg. Co. barn pulley with a great primitive industrial look for farmhouse display, barn decor, architectural salvage, or vintage farm equipment collections.
