Antique Numbered Cast Iron Grizzly Bear Doorstop Bookend on Base Cabin Decor For Sale

Wonderful, rare highly detailed cast iron grizzly bear doorstop. In super condition with very little wear of any kind. Quite heavy weighing about 3# 11 ozs. This great piece would also work beautifully as a bookend as it does have the flattened back side used to hold a door open. Originally purchased in an antiques store approximately 40 years ago.
Our research has brought us to think that this may possibly be a Charles Marion Russell piece but we haven\'t been able to find any listing using the foundry code (B.282.R) on bottom of base, so we can\'t be positive and would remind buyer/buyer to do their own research regarding this wonderful piece.See measurements above and please, feel free to ask any questions.
