Antique Pair of Empire Style Cherub Putti Figure Gilt Bronze Ormolu & Marble Two Light Candelabras
This pair of candelabras features 19th-century French Empire-style candelabra made of gilt bronze ormolu and supported by emerald marble pedestal bases.
Each piece depicts a winged cherub (putto) figure holding a finial topped twisted staff with two foliated scrolled arms, each holding a candle holder with circular bobeche. Set upon cylindrical emerald marble columns on a square plinth base adorned with gilt bronze collars and resting on little bun feet.
