Beautiful antique Art Nouveau ewer/vase by Riessner, Stellmacher & Kessel (RStK), Amphora, Turn-Teplitz, Bohemia, dating to circa 1900.
This striking piece features an unusual sculptural ewer form with a large sweeping handle, flared organic-form mouth, soft ivory and lavender/pink coloration, and elaborate raised floral decoration highlighted in gold. The dimensional poppy-style flowers and flowing asymmetrical form are characteristic of the Art Nouveau period.
The underside retains the red TURN-TEPLITZ-BOHEMIA / RStK / MADE IN AUSTRIA factory mark along with impressed Amphora and additional impressed factory/model markings.
