Lovely antique Spanish or Spanish Colonial Baroque style winged Putto/ Cherub/ Angel.
The putto is small, measuring approximately 5 inches x 3 3/4 inches. It is irregular in shape, these are best estimates on the size.
This putto/ angel is possibly an architectural church fragment, or was used as a home devotional object.
Hand made from carved wood with polychrome, and with glass eyes.
The putto is in worn antique condition, with cracks, chips, missing polychrome, nail holes, missing wood.
The putto remains charming and delightful!
