This antique lead crystal and sterling silver repousse scent bottle with glass dauber was hand-crafted by artisans of Unger Brothers of Newark, New Jersey between 1876 and 1916.
The lead crystal body is hand-cut in a paneled starburst and strawberry diamond pattern. The dauber is frosted clear glass.
The collar and hinged lid are solid sterling silver.AUTHENTICITY MARKINGS (on silver collar)
- Silver Quality Stamp: "STERLING 925 FINE"
- Unger Brothers Maker's Mark: Capital "U" superimposed over a capital "B" on either side of silver quality mark.
The smooth center of the pebbled repousse lid is monogrammed with the faint single initial "R."
