Up for sale Antique Von Schierholz Handmalerei Porcelain German Mantle Clock.
This clock does not have the original movement. Has a replaced quartz movement. That movement is not currently working I put a battery in it and does not work.
Style: Designed in the ornate Rococo / Baroque Revival style, it features heavy C-scrolls, hand-gilded accents, and a distinct asymmetrical shell-like cresting at the peak.
The case is flanked by two playfully sculpted, seated cherubs or putti draped in pastel-colored sashes.
Clock measures 13.5" Tall X 15" Wide.
The porcelain clock is in good shape. Some of the flowers have chipped pedals.
