Original antique c.1900 studio portrait photograph by C.B. Long of Azusa, California, featuring an unidentified woman in period dress.
The photograph is mounted on its original decorative card marked “C.B. Long,” “Paris Panel,” and “Azusa, Calif.” along the bottom. Based on the Paris Panel format, photographic presentation, clothing, hairstyle, and mount style, the portrait appears to date from approximately 1895–1905.

The portrait retains excellent facial detail and contrast for its age. The mount shows expected antique wear including toning/discoloration, minor staining, edge and corner wear, and old tape/adhesive residue on the reverse. Please review all photographs carefully, as they are part of the condition description.
The woman pictured is unidentified. C.B. Long was a photographer working in Azusa, California, as documented directly by the photographer’s imprint on this original mount.
A beautiful piece of early Southern California photographic history and an attractive example of turn-of-the-century portrait photography.
