Ardor Urano 2017 D – Handmade Italian Estate Tobacco Pipe
Offered is a striking Ardor Urano handmade Italian estate pipe, dated 2017 D and bearing the DR maker's mark. This substantial pipe showcases the bold styling for which Ardor is known, combining deeply rusticated briar with warm contrasting accents and a particularly attractive acrylic stem.
The bowl and shank feature a deep, highly tactile rusticated finish in dark brown and black tones, with warm reddish highlights visible throughout the texture. The contrast emphasizes the rugged character of the briar and gives the pipe considerable visual depth.
One of the standout features is the distinctive translucent marbled acrylic stem, displaying flowing cream, caramel, tan, brown, and smoky-gray striations. The layered coloration has an attractive agate-like appearance that changes with the light. Condition:
Pre-owned and smoked estate pipe in very good condition with normal signs of prior use. There is light rim darkening and minor handling wear consistent with age and previous smoking. The deeply rusticated finish presents beautifully, the nomenclature remains clear and legible, and the acrylic stem presents very well with light signs of use.
