Xavier Sager is a well-known artist and this postcard is called Accord Parfait \"Perfect Match\". The card was made in France and I believe this is a French soldier in his feathered hat, flirting with a lovely woman who appears to like the attention. Enjoy!
Unposted. Nice colors. There is a very faint imprint on the lower left edge from the back of card coming through. Edge and corner wear consistent with a vintage postcard.
