It is made of silver colored steel and black enamel. It measures approximately 3” x 1.5” and weighs approximately 2 ounces. This was manufactured by the Franklin Automobile Plant in Syracuse, New York. It is in good, used, condition for it’s over 100 years of age. Has wear and tear from use and age.
