BENEDIC KARNAK BRASS PEN AND STAMP HOLDER ? For Sale

This Benedic Karnak brass piece is in good condition. I will leave any cleaning (if any) to the new owner's preference. I am not sure what it is or exactly what it is called (I think that it is a pen and stamp holder??) but it appears to be a somewhat unusual and interesting piece on Karnak brass. The rim is either enameled? or painted? (Not sure but it looks nice.) Please reference photos for condition. It measures approx. 3 1/4" in diameter and 2" in overall height.
