Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage mouse chew at the top in the margins of most pages and also on the centerfold(most word bubbles are unaffected see pics but a couple word bubbles are missing a letter or two foxing at the edges the cover the centerfold is detached and other defects. I would call it around a 1.5 fr/gd out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
