Lesser was born in Krakow, Poland, in (1928-2025). With the exception of his older sister Lola and himself, the rest of my family was killed by the Nazis.
Over the 5 years of the war, he was fortunate to survive several ghettos, as well as the notorious camps of Auschwitz, Buchenwald, and finally be liberated in Dachau.
