Boxed 1978 US Of America Map Set Close Up USA National Geographic Society
This is an awesome set produced by National Geographic to familiarize children, even adults, with every state in the US by region. The maps are color codes via the picture of the US on the inside of the lid.
Set includes:
* Maps 1 & 2 and 4-15 (approx. 22.5\" x 34.5\" each)
***MAP #3 IS MISSING*** (Idaho, New Mexico, Utah & Arizona)***
* One large map of the entire United States.
* 9x6 Hardback book w/208 pages: There is a stain in the seam inside the front cover (see pics) from age. Otherwise, book appears to be unread.
* One clear plastic map scale that translates distance and travel time by laying it on top of your map.
* Yellow hard plastic portable case.
Each map is made of a soft foldable plastic-coated paper to make them durable and water/stain resistant. There is some minimal yellowing due to age.
