This BY01GP2 version features a 3.39-inch 8Cr13MoV stainless-steel PlainEdge blade. The continuous plain cutting edge is well suited for general-purpose cutting and is easy to maintain and sharpen.
The blade features a full-flat grind for efficient cutting performance along with Byrd's distinctive comet-shaped opening hole for convenient one-handed opening.
The handle is constructed with peel-ply textured G-10 scales supported by nested stainless-steel liners and a stainless-steel backspacer. The textured G-10 provides a secure grip while maintaining a slim and comfortable profile.
A sturdy back-lock mechanism securely locks the blade into position during use. The Harrier 2 also features a versatile four-position pocket clip, allowing right- or left-handed tip-up or tip-down carry.
