Large Antique Handcrafted Wood DollhouseFarmhouse style, with a 2-level spindle front porch, it features 4 main rooms plus an attic in the peak/3rd floor; it measures approx. 28" tall, 17.5" across the front and almost 17" deepThe front portion that has the porch swings open to reveal the interior; the attic room is accessed from the backI was told this was made in the 1930s, and I believe it as there are a lot of 1920s-30s houses in my town that were designed a lot like this oneOld, showing a lot of age wear & damage, it sat in a garage for a long time; it's basically intact, but the door needs hinge repair/reinforcement, causing the door to "drag" and stick a bit when you open it, and the porch floor under the door is starting to pull away and needs re-nailing/fastening; the little step in front is not connected at all anymore and needs to be fastened back on, and it will be included in the package; the rooms have peeling/torn/discolored wallpaper and floors and general interior wear, and some window "panes" are missing; there is a section on one side where the trim/side edge is broken/missing (see last photo); the house is partially painted on the outside--it looks like someone started to paint it years ago but never finished it, and it looks like it was wired for lights at one time, but I don't know if they are connected or work or not; it has no odd storage odors but has not been cleaned and is a bit dusty & dirtyThis unique dollhouse is very, very old, and has condition issues, but is a great project piece and could be restored to a wonderful antique-style home for small dolls; it would also make an awesome creepy haunted dollhouse just as it is and could be made to look really spooky by a creative personHand-built, it's one-of-a-kind and a rarer findAs it's built from wood, it's extremely heavy and due to its size it requires a very large box; it will ship via Fed Ex Ground, so please, no PO boxes
