I have been unable to identify the maker. There are no visible maker’s marks, signatures, or labels, so I am selling it as a custom/fan-made costume prop rather than attributing it to any specific artist or production.
The pieces appear to be made from heavy molded rubber or latex and are flexible while retaining their shape.
