Historical Notes
After his child stardom, Darryl Hickman successfully transitioned to adult roles in film and television through the 1950s, including Tea and Sympathy (1956) and The Tingler (1959) with Vincent Price. He then moved behind the camera, becoming a daytime programming executive at CBS, where he oversaw shows including Love of Life, and later served as an acclaimed acting coach in Los Angeles. He wrote the well-regarded acting text The Unconscious Actor and taught for decades. Hickman passed away in May 2024 at the age of 92, making authentic hand-signed examples like this one increasingly sought after by classic Hollywood autograph collectors.

The value here rests in the authentic hand-signed autograph rather than the print itself.
