This is the highly collectible 4-piece holiday value gift set, issued under item number 4051630CT. The outer cardboard sleeve shows some light storage wear on the edges and corners, but the original styrofoam inserts are clean and solid. The Fresh Fallen Snow bag is completely sealed, and the detached door wreath ornament hanger is pristine.
