On one side of the cyl, You can see the keyblank as it is being inserted into the cylinder it pushing up on the bottom pins which in turn are pushing up on the top pins and springs. On the other side of the cyl you can see the side bar pins moving up and down and twisting as the key is inserted and when all the pins line up you can see the sidebar drop in as you turn the key and then on the bottom of the cyl you can see the finger pins lifting up and down as the key is being inserted.
