The prop has been 3D printed, assembled and individually hand-finished with layered brown, gunmetal and metallic finishes, exposed mechanical details, spring detailing and heavily weathered edges to give it the appearance of something built from scrap and kept running long after the apocalypse.

The wooden sections are printed using wood PLA, which gives them a more natural timber-like texture and helps sell the scavenged, handmade look of the in-game weapon rather than simply looking like brown plastic.

The finished prop measures approximately 400 mm long × 165 mm high, making it a great size for display, cosplay or adding to a Fallout collection.

Nothing about the design is supposed to look factory fresh — which is probably just as well, because Vault-Tec’s warranty department stopped answering calls a long time ago.

Each prop is individually finished by hand, so the exact colouring, scratches, wear and weathering may vary slightly from the example shown. This helps give each one its own unique Wasteland-used appearance.

This is a 3D printed fan-made prop replica. It is not a real firearm, cannot fire anything, or be modified too in any way. It is intended only as a display/cosplay collectible.

As this is a handmade 3D printed item, there may be small layer lines, minor surface variations or tiny blemishes. I sand, paint, weather and assemble each one by hand, so each prop will have its own unique finish.

Where possible, I also reuse or recycle suitable packing materials to reduce waste, while still making sure the item is safely packed for shipping.

Unfortunately, owning one will not increase your Guns skill, Critical Chance or chances of surviving a Deathclaw encounter.
