My agency, Hank Forssberg Inc.Advertising handled the Advertising and Marketing for Ferrari North Americafrom 1977 through 1995. During that 18-year relationship with Ferrari NorthAmerica and Ferrari S.p.A., I accumulated an extensive collection of hundredsof Ferrari collectibles/memorabilia from Ferrari North America and from theFactory in Maranello, Italy.
In1992, I personally recommended to Ferrari North America Management that theylaunch the introduction of the 348 Spider in Beverly Hills, California byclosing off Rodeo Drive and having the first ever Ferrari Concours d’Eleganceon Rodeo Drive as the highlight of the 348 Spider Introduction.
Myagency designed and produced all the marketing and advertising materials forthe 348 Spider Introduction including the Poster, Letterhead and Envelopes,Invitations, Event Program, Parking Passes, Windshield ID’s, 348 Spider Spec.Sheets, Etc.
Duringmy 18-year relationship with Ferrari, I was also the Editor of Rosso FerrariMagazine. During my tenure, I edited andpublished 9 Issues from 1990 through 1993 including Issue number Eight –Ferrari Rodeo Drive.
Asthe Editor of Rosso Ferrari Magazine, I commissioned internationally acclaimedautomotive artist/illustrator, Argentinian-born Hector Luis Bergandi to createFerrari Car Art Illustrations to be featured in Rosso Ferrari Issues.
Asa result of my relationship with Mr. Bergandi, I also commissioned him todesign the poster for the 348 Spider Rodeo Drive Introduction.
