PIPE DETAILS: I recently purchased a large lot of Pipes that are new in box that were sold at Forbes & Wallace - A large Department store that was in business from 1874 until 1975. MOST Pipes were repackaged into their own boxes. Most are Stamped Forbes & Wallace, some have shape numbers so I could figure out which company made the specific pipe. Pipes with the Bowler Hat Logo on the stem were made by LHS - L & H Stern. (1911-1960)
This pipe is a beautiful smooth squat Rhodesian sitter. ( Bulldog with a round shank) Never Used!. Beautiful grain with no visible factory fills. Pristine ebonite tapered stem with the Bowler hat Logo.
