A beautiful copy with a solid binding and clean flat pages. No musty smells or rippled pages from moisture. Pages are ruler flat. Original silk ribbons in tact but the bottoms on most have disintegrated so they are shorter but still available for use. The cover is in very good condition with no weaknesses. Small round storage mark on the front cover is cosmetic only. Ex library stamp on 2 front end pages and 2 back blank end pages Looks like the book was stored away and hardly ever looked at if even ever circulated. Every page is super clean with clear bold print. This is the 1937 first edition not the 1945 reprint. First editions in this condition are very difficult to find these days. An excellent clean copy for daily use and fairly priced for the condition that it is in. Look at all pictures carefully. I took excellent care of this since I purchased it many years back.
