CGC 5.5 with cream to off-white pages. This book appears to have never been pressed (and looks like it would benefit from pressing). If it goes unsold, I will likely go this route (press/resubmit to CGC). In 2022, I sold a raw FN- copy of this rare issue for $4,260 on . Such a cool book; hard to find in 'any' grade, let alone a beautiful example like this one.
