Giuseppe Armani "Water Dance" #1859LNew in boxA simply gorgeous piece showcasing the artists famous talent for movement and fluidity. You can almost see her swimming through the water, with the bubbles all around her.
The rare L finish is perfect for this piece, with of the details, it makes it easier to dust when you display, and the dust will not stain the porcelain over the years like the typical finishes can. These pieces are hard to come by and rarely come up for sale. She is large, standing just over 23inches tall! A real attention grabber!
The Giuseppe Armani "Water Dance" Large Mermaid figurine is a stunning and rare collectible piece. Handmade in Italy in the late 20th century, this glossy white mermaid sculpture exudes elegance and beauty. A true treasure for any collector, this large figurine by Giuseppe Armani is sure to be a standout in any decorative display. This piece is typical of Mr. Armani, exuding grace and beauty. Such a brilliant, talented sculptor he was! A must for those who love mermaids or the sea or beautiful sculptures.Do not let this one get away!
The only 'flaw' is that there was a sticker on the base by the Armani tag when I bought it.....and when I was taking photos to sell it, it looked like sticker residue was still there so I rubbed it with a barely damp soft cloth to see if I cold remove sticker residue and it smeared lol. I do not know what is safe to clean these bases with so I did not try anything else. It does not detract from her beauty and if you are braver than me, or know how to clean it and get it shiny again in that spot then you will never notice it was there!. (see the close up photo, shot at an angle to ensure you can see what I am talking about)But it is brand new! I never displayed her, it was displayed in a high end collectible store where she was bought from and there was a tiny sticker on it there. I just removed it and put her in her back in her box and she has been stored in the closet with others all this time! I was preparing to move when I purchased her..... now in a smaller house and no where to display her, so looking for a new home.
non smoking home. This piece is large and heavy so shipping cost a bit more. I do ship insured as well.
