A fantastic Guinness advertising glass featuring the wonderfully distinctive “Evening Guinness” artwork—a gentleman in a green cap reading the fictional Evening Guinness “Late Extra” newspaper while enjoying his pint.
The reverse features classic Guinness branding with the gold harp, ESTD 1759, GUINNESS, and BREWED IN DUBLIN.
The “Evening Guinness” illustration comes from an earlier Guinness advertising campaign. This listing does not attribute the manufacture of the glass itself to the date of the original advertising artwork.
These glasses came to me as part of an incredible collection of old Guinness barware acquired from the family behind two longtime iconic Milwaukee bars. These particular glasses came from one of their historic Water Street establishments and were working bar glasses—not pieces that spent their lives sitting on a display shelf.

Condition
Pre-owned working bar glasses in very good condition. These glasses came from actual bar service, so minor signs of normal use may be present. The artwork remains intact with bright, colorful graphics, and the Guinness branding displays beautifully. No chips or cracks observed.
